Savvy Business Inc. is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping solutions for all domestic and international clients. We offer flexible shipping options, real-time tracking, and specialized freight handling for large-volume or sensitive items.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Orders typically leave our facility within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: Available in select metro areas
- Freight Shipping: For pallets, bulk containers, or equipment
International Shipping
International shipping is available for select products and regions. Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and local taxes. Please contact our team for specific quotes or import documentation assistance.
Freight & Bulk Delivery
We provide LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight shipping for large and wholesale orders. Tailgate delivery, liftgate service, and appointment scheduling are available upon request.
Order Processing & Handling
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST are generally processed the same day
- Handling includes picking, packing, inspection, and labeling
- Custom-assembled orders may require 2–5 days to fulfill
Packaging & Sustainability
We prioritize eco-conscious packaging using recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible, in line with our ContainerEco initiative. All shipments are securely packed to minimize damage in transit.

- UPS, FedEx, and USPS for parcel delivery
- DHL for international small parcel
- Freight partners for LTL/FTL: XPO, Old Dominion, R+L, etc.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. Estimated rates will be shown at checkout. Freight quotes are generated separately for high-volume orders.
Tracking Your Shipment
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your order status 24/7 via your account dashboard or the carrier’s website.
Delays & Exceptions
We strive to meet all delivery estimates, but weather events, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays may impact timelines. You will be notified immediately if delays occur.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 3 business days of delivery
- Include photos and packing slips when reporting damage
- We will offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit as appropriate
Return Shipping
Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items. All other return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice.
